The delivery of the product should have been done by **th Oct ****, but it hasn't been delivered. Everytime I call the customer care, they just ask me to wait for two more days and wouldn't even tell me the reason for the delay.

Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
