I'm very much dissapointed by the respomse i got on my complain earlier today.The customer care officer was very rude with me.
I returned a pink kurta but it was declared Non-Ajio but it was the exact kurta. But the dissapointing fact is that you guys have sent me an old very dirty shirt instead of that kurta and when after i tried to contact the customer service,the response im getting is making me too frustrated.
Plz see through it as I'm so much frustrated that i may start sharing the story on your fraudulent behaviour on social media.
I might file a sue.If u found the product non-ajio you should have returned the exact non-ajio product but you had sent me this old rotten shirt.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
