Policybazaar - Term insurance sold with wrong information

I was made to buy two insurances on wrong information. The third policy issued by using documents submitted for the other policies. Wrong information about refund within free-look period, deductions from my account without consent and premium deducted after policy cancellation and not refunding the same. Mental harassment from more than one month. Whenever I approached them I was provided with different information.
