Policybazaar - Issue with Booking ID and Booking ID POLICY No Issued through POLICYBAZAAR

Dear Team,
This is regarding Health insurance policy i have taken for my parents.

So the matter is that i booked HDFC ERGO Health policy(Booking ID - *********) on **th July **** between ** to *pm. I was interested for NO COST EMI and selected the same on web portal but due to some technical issue(informed by PB officer) i didn't get NO COST EMI option after payment.

PB officer Ajay informed me that for no cost EMI option, i have to cancel this policy and need to re-book it again. After confirmation of PB officer that complete payment amount will be refunded, i asked to cancel *st policy and around *pm, i made payment again for new policy which successfully got booked under NO COST EMI.

Issues -

*.Within * hours, i cancelled *st policy but i got only *****Rs against the payment of *****rs. - Why this amount got deducted. I need refund of balance amount(*****-***** = ****).

*. Medicals were done on *nd booked policy, everything was fine and even i got soft copy of policy(Booking ID - ********* and POLICY No - *******************). Now today on **th Aug ****, i got call from POLICYBAZAAR saying that *nd policy also has been cancelled due to some technical issue and policy amount has been refunded(****Rs deducted for medical).
Without any request - Why this policy has been cancelled.

I need *st policy's balance amount refund back to me and please get this new policy re issued on NO COST EMI.

Please look into the matter on priority.
