I had an insurance policy with star insurance bought through policy bazaar. The policy was expiring by **-Mar-****. I made the payment to renew the policy on **-Feb-****. But policy bazaar did not issue the renewed policy. I enquired with care@policybazaar.com, no one responds to the questions. The automated response i got is that the resolution time for the enquiry is by **-Mar-**** which is * week after the policy expiry.
