Policybazaar - Policybazaar Refund is not received

I've been sola a wrong HDFC life policy by policy bazaar, I have been told by policybazaar that the payout will start at the age of ** and the HDFC life refused that, they said they do not have any such policy where payout starts at the age of **. Later policy bazar said that this is a one complete combo policy, later I received two policies with two application numbers. They are totally fraud, its been ** days I have been calling them and emailing them but have not received any refund yet.
