I have purchased a non zero dep policy in **** for my car from policy bazaar and in the next year ****, I have upgraded it to a zero depreciation policy. I have raised a claim where insurance company treated it as normal because they told me that policybazaar did not provide any inspection report which is said to be mandato If we upgrade from non zero dep to zero dep policy and paid me only the amount according to the non zero dep policy. Now my situation is that I have paid a hefty amount for a zero dep policy yet received only the non zero dep amount and the mistake is at the doors of policybazaar. I have contacted them and they have admitted this issue and promised me to pay the remaining amount. Its almost * months now and they are just misguiding me. I have all the proofs in my gmail received from their side where thay had admitted the issues and made the promise many times and given me deadlines many times but no payment. What should be done now?
