Dinesh Munyal filed complaint against Tata Play on May 12, 2025
I had raised a complaint with Tataplay for No signal. A technician was sent to my home and he told that the cable was faulty and asked to pay ****/- rs. in cash and. ***/- visit charges which I denied because my cable was in warranty, he cut the cable and took picture of it and sent to his backend technical team stating it's physical damage done by customer, it's been ** days now and I have almost raised complaint to them ** times, wrote emails but they are not resolving my issue without paying advance money to them. I have the evidence in the app that my cable and other material charges are under warranty
