Tata Play - Recharge on Tata Play not credited to account despite of money debited from bank account

I have a Tata Play DTH with subscriber ID **********.

I used the QR code shown on the Tata Play account information section to recharge my account on June * for amount of *** Rs and *** Rs using gpay.

The amount was debited from my bank account but it wasn't credited to my tata sky account.

I complained to GPay and State Bank of India, they claim that the transfer was successful and they can't do anything from their side now.

Tata Play should return the money or credit it to my Tata Play account as recharge as it was the QR code provided by them on which recharge was done.
