I had recharged one year plan of **** on **nd August **** with extra one month offer validity but my will be expire on today (**th June ****). There was remain three months plan. I expect that my plan will expire in September but Tata Sky is going to expire my pl an today. Regarding to this issue I contacted to customer support of TATA SKY but they don't help me and they're rudely behaviour with me . They said the plan was increased after your recharge so we less your plan validity. Then how can I give extra money to them. So please help me regarding this problem.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
