Tata Play - Netflix sales team gives wrong information to me and deduct my money to activate my Netflix combo pack.
They already know that I don't have any internet router in my house and don't have a fire tv stick, but they want to deduct my money in my account, so they deduct it and when I call them then they give me time and time and time, and after ** to ** days completed then they said it was not possible to refund your amount, and if you want to complain then it's your choice but we didn't give you any amount.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
