New Cable wire not provided and simply connected with existing half damaged cable wires in my new rented house. After * months of new connection of TATAPLAY, Now I bought new Wall mount LED TV and I place from right wall to left side wall. Hence cable length not sufficient to connect. I called TATAPLAY Serviceman, He charged *** ruppees. I told about earlier serviceman not even provided new cable wires from Dish to TV. Now I simply moved TV from Left wall to Right Wall, but you are charging for that. He is helpless for me. And old service person not mobile is switch off. No one answering for my issue. Now I completely Helpless by TATAPLY Service.
