Diptanu Roy filed complaint against Royal Enfield on Jun 15, 2018
Almost two months back I have given my Royal Enfield CLassic Desert Storm *** to the service center for general servicing i;e XED motorcycles who deals with Royal Enfield Motorcycles (authorised dealer) where I mentioned that my bike is having engine sound which later they found to be true and making me wait till date to deliver my bike. After a various number of call to the customer care and service center I have come to a state of mental harassment and financially pale as i have to pay everyday to the rickshaw for the alternate mode of transport. Please help me to get my bike back.
