I ordered a Quality walls Orea Ice cream and made the payment online but when i received it it was all foamy and was not frozen.Ut was spoiled and when I asked them to give me a refund they offerd me a coupon of **rs which doesn’t even cover half of the amount.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
