placed a grocery order on ** March, which was cancelled by Instamart. It has now been * days, and I have still not received my refund. I raised a complaint, but it was closed without resolution. Despite calling customer care for three consecutive days, I have received no callback or meaningful support.
This experience reflects extremely poor customer service and a lack of accountability. Delayed refunds and unresolved complaints are unacceptable. If this is how customers are treated, it seriously raises concerns about trust and reliability. Immediate action is needed to process refunds promptly and handle customer grievances responsibly
