I have ordered products from Instamart regularly.
In the last * consecutive orders I made on ** August, ** Aug and ** Aug vide Swiggy order id : ***************, *************** & ***************, I have received the damaged and rotten product and I have shared all images and email, they simply replied not able to initiate the refund. Today they have sent me rotten rotten toor dal in referred order id and same reply they are sending.
I want to seek replacement or refund against the damaged product.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
