I had ordered on **th January, **** a charger: "Ambrane ***W Gan Charger Adapter, * Ports - * Type C & * Usb For Iphone, Samsung, Type C Laptops: Macbook, Dell, Hp, Black
" from Swiggy Instamart. The charger arrived, but whenever I touch it, I get shocked. I have contacted Swiggy support *+ times sending the video of the shock and they refused to refund or replaced and didn't even state the reason. They kept saying they will improve their service but offered no resolution for the mistake they have already done.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
