Srashti Sagar filed complaint against DTDC on Jul 19, 2021
DTDC company has taken *,***** from me as a franchise opening cost but there are lot of things they didn’t tell me during the procedure. They have taken ***** rupees in the name of kit but nothing is provided already a month has passed, they also promised me an agreement but nothing done. Now, I want to surrender my franchise because I don’t want to continue and for this I have written a mail to all the mailing addresses of company personnel and my CMO and branch manager DTDC Durgapuri but nobody is responding properly and not telling me how to proceed and get my total amount back that is *,*****. They have cheated me and also wasted my time and money by doing fake promises about their company.
