Dear D*H Team,
I wish to complain about chabges made in subscription plan without my consent.
I am complaining because the reason I was facing some issues on channels where in I saw a message Signal Not Avaialble only on selected channels, rest all channels was working fine.
When I first learned of this problem, I contacted D*H CC **********, Date **-**-**, Time *:**pm, Call Duration : ** mins * secs. Name of the person to whom I spoke is Ms. Suman at your company,
When I explained to Ms. Suman about the whole issue I had faced she first told me this channels are not in your list, when I replied to her this channel is there in my list and previously I used to see all these channels but this Signal Not Available message Im receiving from past *-* days, I even told her in evening around *pm all this channels are visible I can watch them but in day time this channel is not coming, but in day time I can see other Channels like ***-ZeeNews and others channels too. For her better understanding I gave her * channels information. Channel No. *** and *** I gave the example of these * channels on which I was getting message Signal Not Available. In starting she informed me that *** channel which is TV* BharatVarsh is closed this channel will not be visible and for the other channel which is *** she told me to hold till she checks, I waited for sometime and then again she said it will take some more time and I was still waiting for the response but while holding the line, call was ended from her side.
LET ME GET THIS IN YOUR NOTICE I DINT DISCONNECT THE CALL, IT WAS DISCONNECTED FROM THERE.
Now after that my complete subscription plan was changed all the channels which I used to see before this call are showing message Channel is not part of subscription. FOR EXAMPLE CHANNEL NO. *** AND LIKE THIS MANY CHANNELS WHICH I USED TO WATCH BEFORE THIS CALL ALL CHANNELS ARE REMOVED.
I look forward to hearing from you as soon as possible to resolve this problem. If I do not hear, I will file complaints with the appropriate consumer agencies and consider my legal alternatives. I am enclosing images of the Call Log and Channel on which Im getting error.

After writing this email I got automated message from D*H and they started my service but still They did not start all the channels even those channels which I used to watch are still not active.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
