Royaloak Furniture are cheats of the highest order. I bought a Boston Queen size bed (order id: **********) on **th November ****. The bed was not installed correctly initially and the planks were loose. I called their customer service guys twice to fix the issue which they did using clamps but it did not solve the issue as the ply had been out of shape by then and irrespective of their attempts to fix it, it always came out.
The most shocking thing occurred when a friend of mine sat on the bed and two ply’s broke in half. On contacting them again, i was asked to speak to the showroom from where i had bought the bed. I talked to Mr Tahir who is the manager of the Kundanhalli branch (no: ***-********) for royaloak and he assured me that they would send a senior technician to inspect the bed and get it repaired accordingly. On the day he was supposed to arrive, i did not get any calls from royaloak hence i called up Mr Tahir (contact no: **********) and got to know that RoyalOak would be charging for the replacement planks as they do not consider it their fault. Now i am left with a broken bed of which i have no idea what to do with. Also, the branch manager is not picking any of my calls deliberately and has even blocked my number.
The product sold to me was cheap quality and under no circumstances should the plank break. RoyalOak does not take any responsibility for the product but after calling them persistently, they’ve registered a complaint with the ID: *****. The service person who is assigned this request deliberately calls me at the time when i would never be available especially weekday afternoons. On telling him to reschedule on a weekend, he wouldn’t reply and just hang up. I conveyed the same to royaloak customer care and they always assure that the matter would be looked i to but is never done.
Hence, i am gonna put forward a case of fraud against RoyalOak so that any such incident doesn’t occur in the future to anyone else.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
