Royal oak - Package not delivered

I have placed an order for Rs**** on **th May ****. They promised they will do the delivery on **st May and Installation on *st. But I waited for ** days and yet the product was not delivered. I taught of asking for a refund or exchange. I am trying to reach them at +** ***** ***** but no one responds. I have called them everyday but no one responds. I use to wait for ** to ** minutes in the call but no one responds. I have emailed them but no one responds. I have chatted with them and they say to call or email but I have done it and no one responds. I messages through messanger after a week stating tmrw you will get a call buy I didn't get the call. Finally one day my call was picked and one lady asked me to contact me at a different number
When I tried that number it says incoming is not allowed to that number. I am fed of contacting these people everyday without any help. I really don't know what to do. I am very disappointed. They make me feel so pissed off that I want to announce in a news channel about their fraud and how they make the customers beg with them after the payment.
