I had placed order for dining chairs in March **** and it was delivered on March **th ****. One of the chairs was damaged, I immediately informed to the delivery person and also raised a complaint to Royal Oak. Its been * months, damaged chair is yet to be replaced. No response from customer care.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
