I ordered a study table online from royal oak India.The order number is ROY******.The registered mobile is **********.I received the product on **/**/**.But the installation is still not done which has to be done in ** hrs as promised by them.I have called the customer care plenty of times but no action has been taken so far. Iam willing to send the product back and get the money back but there is no respone for that also from customer care.Please take necessary action against this.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
