To whom it may concern,
I ordered a coffee table from royal oak website (HQ : Bangalore). I received a table on **th Dec ****. The installation team from their side came on **th and found out that the table is defective. The team itself captured a picture of the product and sent to us and we passed the image to royal oak. Then after I have called *** time till today regarding the issue. They answered the calls also but every time they promised to resolve the issue in * days. At last they offered me **% discount on phone calls; I accepted that but when after * days i asked for the update they told me **% and also told me that the product is not defective and all. So its been above the ** days. I am helpless now. Please help.
