Royal Enfield - Spurious Tyre tube quality of Interceptor 650
Dr DS filed complaint against Royal Enfield on Jun 2, 2021
Today on *.*.**** when I checked rear tyre of my Royal Enfield interceptor *** it was found totally flat. I called Road side assistance of Royal Enfield to repair. They opened the tyre and found that tube nozzle was having manufacturing defect of crack on the base which lead to leak of air. Technician declared it manufacturing defect and I raised issue of claim but royal enfield representives refused and directed me to contact ceat company. I asked them whether they had purchased and installed tube while selling me the bike or I have installed. So kindly redress the issue urgently as they are falsely convincing me
