Onsitego - AC service not done within timeline

I'm extremely disappointed with the onsitego service. I booked a slot for *th March (*pm-*pm), but no one showed up, and I didn't receive any communication from the engineer. Despite calling and emailing the escalation team, I got a message saying I rescheduled for **th March, which I didn't do.

They promised service within ** hours, but it's been over ** hours with no resolution. Now, you're pushing it to **th March? I'm considering buying a new AC due to this ordeal.

Refund my money ASAP if you can't provide the service. This is unacceptable
