I am a regular and frequent user of Zomato. I have also been using Zomato gold from past few months. Today (*th July ****) at *pm I ordered * pastries and * biscuit pack from Zomato under Order number **********. The order was delivered to me before time, but with major spillage issue. All the * pastries were smashed upside down or sideways. I had guests over my place and couldn’t serve them those spilled up desserts. I reported the issue on Zomato app but customer care didn’t resolve my problem appropriately. They said they will refund me the amount of ***/- (cost of least costly pastry). I had a very bad experience with Zomato and I’m not happy with their resolution so I refused that money.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
