I have seen an ad stating Spidigo is providing fiber cable for fast internet connection online. I have called the customer care to book one connection for my home (Ahmedabad) on **/**/****. They responded super fast and called me again to say that you can get fiber connection in your area, we just send one person to collect payment. Within an hour one of their employee came to my office to collect payment and I have paid online with my credit card - transaction confirmed (Rs. ****/-), receipt hard copy was given and he told me that you will get your connection (**MBPS) within *-* working days. After a week also they did not turn up, on inquiring they informed me that we can not give connection in your area due to some technical issues. I demanded refund. On requesting multiple times in customer care, email till now they have not given me refund of my payment.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
