I have purchased ** Mbps plan from the company in Jan, **** but from that day onwards service is down most of the time and unavailable. I have called multiple times (** times) n more but still not able to connect with them. Have filed complaint with customer care and sales person mr. Mufeez but still i am facing issues. As of date, the service is unavailable from last * days and nobody has come to check the issue.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
