For the past two months that I have observed Spidigo Net Pvt. Ltd. has changed its consumer grievance redressal contact number twice. The updated complaint registering number is not functional as the complainant never makes it past the pre-recorded message which keeps on playing until you cut the call. I suspect they have shut down their consumer grievance department for cost-cutting purposes. This ISP is based in Ahmedabad. It has cost me the above-mentioned figure for making me visit their office for making a complaint.
