Spidigo Net Pvt Ltd. - Not getting service

I have contacted their sales guy Mr Kirit Gohil (Cfa no: *****). The guy said me to pay online which plan I want to activate. So I have paid **** rs/- online for a *-month plan on **th January **** from the website. After paying the amount I have informed by Mr Kirit regarding that and he said he will come and set up the new connection. But after a few days when he did not come so, I try to call him but he is not picking up my call even. I have sent him messages on WhatsApp he read the messages but not gave any reply. So I called customer care and the guy said don't worry we will check and let you know as soon as possible. But till date, I am not getting any response.
Now the so-called great company customer care officers nor Mr Kirit pick my call. If they will not resolve my issue then I will go to consumer court. I will never tolerate this kind of cheating. Now the choice is their setup the connection or gets back my money.
