Following the message I sent to byju's :
I joined your course * months ago. That time I asked your support team regarding age eligibility for the UPSC exam. Also, I shared my Date of Birth to check my eligibility for the **** UPSC exam. Your team assured me that you are eligible for this exam and they sold me the UPSC course. On * February ****, when I tried to submit the prelim exam form, the system denied the submission with the message that "You are not eligible for the UPSC **** exam" due to the age limit. I want my cancellation of the course as it is of no use to me and want a full refund of money as your team misguided me. Also, your team wasted my valuable time and harassed me.
I have attached chat screenshots that I did with your team which your team assured me and only because of that I joined your course.
Kindly treat this as urgent and do the needful. Otherwise, I will have to file a legal case against your organization in my hometown. This will really tarnish your organization's image.
