Amazon India - Soap received in place of Real me U1 phone.

I had purchased Mobile phone "Realme U* (Ambitious Black, *GB RAM, **GB Storage)" with "Serial Number: IMEI - ***************" Ordered on * January **** Order# ***-*******-******* with my register mobile no through amazon website. Same order delivered to my place on dated **th Jan ****. But when I have opened the courier and found "Samsung Galaxyon* Prime" box immediately I recorded the incident on my phone, and inside "Ghadi Detergent cake" in it. There was no Mobile phone found in it which I had booked for.



Same above was conveyed to Amazon Customer care on dated **th Jan **** and told we have recorded the whole scenario for safer side as there were many such incidents I have noticed on social networking sites. They assured us that we will resolved the issue on priority but today after taking **days they informed us that they are not responsible for the whole incident as they have delivered the right material to me.



The behaviors of the Amazon people are so surprising as they are making me responsible for the whole incident. I have told them that I have the recording of the same but they denied neither refunding nor providing my mobile which I have paid for.
