Hathway Broad band - slow internet connection

From *st April ****, I have been facing the issue of slow internet. Have even called the Customer care number, which wasn't resolved by them too. Where I had been informed to be improved by evening *:**. please make sure the network has been improved, as I have work from home to complete. And I'm facing issue in it.
