Hathway Broad band - Poor internet service

I've subscribed for **Mbps plan and it's been * months now, I never had proper internet connection since day *.The modem that was installed was a refurbished one and with the router provided, couldn't able to access the internet from * meters away.
I WFH, and during my night shifts, I'm unable to work as the connection losts completely and if I run a speed test, it shows that there is an issue with the sever. If I inform the same to the local supervisor, he simply says that he can't help as the server is down.
I raised n no. of tickets regarding this but every ticket gets closed automatically without getting resolved.
Now.. my job is almost at stake now.
Even after letting them know this, they are not responding.
