It's been more than ** hours, Internet access issue is not resolved yet. I raised the complaint on *th Aug **** and till now internet is down. Its impacting my office work. Resolve this issue ASAP. I called no. of times to Hathway Customer care and they are only saying to resolve the issue as early as possible but not really resolving.
