I'm irrinki.Pavan kumar , Resident of Hyderabad . Mobile number : ********** .
On **th August **** , I Contacted Hathway Broadband Hyderabad for internet Connection for my online Classes . They Gave me a Quotation of ****/- and Gave a Discount of ***/- Which will make the total cost for my connection i.e. ****/- . But they asked me to pay ****/- online with a payment link sent by Sales Executive and Promised me to Return my ***/- via online payment at the time of installation at my home . (Hathway account no. ********** ) Later , they keep on postponing my installation process by asking ** minutes time & then * hours and Then a day more and Finally Blocked my Mobile number . One Sale Executive is available on whatsapp and when i call him on whatsapp continuously , he keeps on Disconnecting my Calls and finally after lifting , i Asked about blocking my calls little loud and He started abusing me and Said " i will not do installation and Do Whatever you Can " .
I got this abusive Treatment from Sales Executive and Technician from Hathway Broadband , Himayathnagar Head Office .
I sincerely Request voxya.com to do justice to me . I need to attend online classes for banking exams , thats the reason i opted for the broadband connection with hard earned money of my middle class father . Now , because of this , I can't attend online classes too . I hope i Can get the deserved justice soon
