Firstly your sizes are so wrong, i ordered size ** cargos and it seems they labled size ** as size **. I created a return request on *th june and the order has still not been picked up on **rd june and neither any refund or contact has been made from their side. And now no one is answering any calls and even you WhatsApp chat support doesn’t work no agents show up even if it works once in a blue moon. And it seems they have blocked my number as i am not able to call them anymore.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
