My shipment has been delayed multiple times without any clear communication or valid reason. Despite repeated follow-ups, I have not received a proper update on the current status or expected delivery timeline. This lack of transparency and accountability is extremely frustrating.
Additionally, the customer support service has been highly unsatisfactory. It is difficult to connect with a representative, and even when I do, I receive vague or no helpful responses. This has caused significant inconvenience and stress.
I request immediate attention to this matter, including:
* A clear update on the current status of my shipment
* A confirmed delivery timeline
* Accountability for the delay and inconvenience caused
If this issue is not resolved promptly, I may be compelled to escalate the matter to higher authorities and relevant consumer forums.
