NO BROKER PACKERS AND MOVERS - Complaint Regarding Incorrect Charges Refund Request Packers Movers Booking

Dear Team,

I am writing to raise a serious complaint regarding my recent booking with NoBroker Packers and Movers service.

I had scheduled a shifting service through your platform, where one of your agents assisted me in confirming the booking for **th April **** at a total amount of ₹****. I was also provided with a payment link to pay a booking amount of ₹***, which I successfully paid via Paytm (Reference No: ************).

However, after making the payment, when I checked the app, I noticed discrepancies in the billing:

- The total booking amount is now shown as ₹****
- The remaining balance is displayed as ₹****

This is completely inconsistent with what was communicated to me by your agent. As per the initial agreement:

- Total amount: ₹****
- Paid: ₹***
- Remaining should be: ₹****

This mismatch raises serious concerns about transparency and trust. Additionally, the customer support agent failed to clearly explain the charges, which has caused confusion and inconvenience.

Due to this experience, I no longer wish to proceed with the booking. I request you to:

*. Cancel my booking immediately
*. Initiate a full refund of ₹*** at the earliest
*. Investigate this issue and provide clarification on the incorrect charges
*. Take appropriate action to prevent such incidents in the future

I request you to treat this matter as urgent and resolve it on a priority basis. If this issue is not resolved promptly, I may be forced to escalate it further.
