NO BROKER PACKERS AND MOVERS - Packers and Movers service Pathetic service by NO Broker

I Had to move from Dwarka, Delhi to Dwarka Expressway, Gurugram. There is hardly distance of ** kms. I Had booked No Broker Packers and Movers service from their Application. I got a call from their team and they asked me detail about the luggage. I requested them to send somebody to inspect and finalize the cost. But they denied. I Had given details of almost all bulky items like bed, Tv, Almirah, Mattress, Sofa, Tables, Shoe Rack, Dining Table, Microwave, Refrigerator, Mandir, etc, I mean all main items list. The day of shifting their team arrived at around *:** am in the morning and started packaging. To our surprise they carton boxes was quite small as compared to other packers and movers, we used in the past. Their team started packaging and put all cushions and sofa cushions in the cartons. They tried to fill all allotted ** cartons with such stuff only. When it comes to Kitchen packaging they said all ** cartons are full now and we have to purchase other * more cartons @ *** rs each. So we requested NO Broker to provide * more cartons and after lot of arguments they accepted and send * more cartons. The packaging was hold in between for *-* hours. Again they started packaging and smartly they tried to pack only listed items. Finally at around *:** they left for the destination. My Husband was following them on the way. But moved their truck to somewhere else and asked us to make payment first with **** additional amount, otherwise they will take the luggage with them. So we had to make payment. They had left **% luggage behind at our residence. They reached the Dwarka Expressway at around * O'clock and started unloading that finished at around **:** pm. They took almost ** hours for this shifting and we were totally exhausted both physically and mentally. They have made number of damages to our furniture, lost our mobile charger, lost bed side angels, Tv panel was missing, i will share all relevant pictures. I made a complaint at NO Broker but after ** days they said they had checked and didn't find our missing item with the land partner. Do you think is it the reasonable answer to our complaint. So they can't provide us any compensation against our complaint.
