NO BROKER PACKERS AND MOVERS - Packers and Movers not arrived

I have booked no broker packers and movers for **/*/**** at * p.m in advance. I have paid an advance booking of Rs.****. But packers and movers donot arrive till * p.m. I called number of times to the delivery partner of no broker they told they will come. At last I call no broker customer care they told that delivery vehicle has some problem so they will not come. Now they told they will not arrange any option because they area is not serviceable, given such type of excuse is not making any sense. I have taken leave from office today and my landlord not allowing for next day. How much mental pressure I am going through. They donot provide me any resolution on this. Please take it on serous note and provide me the resolution on this. I want compensation on this.
