NO BROKER PACKERS AND MOVERS - package not delivered

Hello,

I sent an ac from chennai to delhi on *th of May **** and its not delivered yet. Everyday no broker agents like satish, rajveer, etc were calling me and saying a different date that it would be delivered on next saturday and if its passed next wednesday and its been * + weeks of wednesday and saturday game...Also, they told that they had some problem with parter and they penalized and he is going to deliver and all stuff...however, the parter mr. kapil (ph : ********** and **********-phonepay) who taken the parcel and did initial communication via whats app and phone for balance payment other than token amount paid to no broker and mr . virender who actually came to home and packed and taken the luggage stopped attending calls and rejecting after few days. Its an ac which is sent to delhi to deal with the heat there and the purpose of sending it is also not met... Its been a literal harassment happening talking to nobroker agents everyday calling and waiting for delivery of ac considering family situations. Payment information and some of the phone calls were attached . please check for reference. All phone communications happened with kapil and nobroker helpdesk are recorded on my phone and how both fooled a customer for more than a month and still doing is available to present. Hope you respond and take necessary action.
