Sufficient amount available in my account. Since ** Mar ****, I am not able to watch any channel. Reason signal not available. For that, I have given a written complaint to customer care to resolve the issue more than * times. Tried to contact customer care number also but not able to contact. Did not get any reply.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
