Videocon D2h - Signal not available all the time

I am getting signal not available for most of the time for most the channels. Customer Care number is always busy and even not being informed over IVR how much approximate waiting time for getting connected to CC representative. Facing this problem for more than * months. Few channels have seen and few unavailable. Despite clear atmosphere channels not available because of the reason signal not available. Channels available for few minutes and again after few minutes same error appears on the TV screen "Signal Not Available". Also after full payment for all channels, half the channels are completely unavailable. Too much mental harassment being faced for the last * months. I want suitable compensation for this mental harassment of myself and family.
