Jio mart - Short delivery of ordered items

My Order No - *****************A , Invoice No - TNJ************. Ordered the products valuing Rs.*,***.**/- on **th Sep **** . On **th evening around *.** pm got phone from the Jio Mart delivery person ********** saying that he cannot come into the area and told us to come to the main road and collect the items and same happened after checking the products we found few items missing valuing Rs.***/- .

Immediately called back the delivery person and informed that the ordered oil packets are missing he said will check and revert but didn't turned back. we called him on the next day he said he cannot do anything on the same. Hence raised a complaint in Jio mart app on next Day. Received a call back from a Girl who refused to mention her name and the location of the Jio Mart branch she is calling from **********. She told that will check and camera and revert back. The next day called and checked with her she said that it is not seen clear in camera you will get a mail from our HO regarding the same.
But no action taken again i raised a complaint in mail to cs@jiomart.com on **th Sep **** . But no proper response taken again a vain. Today on **st again i called that Girls number who called me in the beginning after raising a app complaint she told me that she resigned the job and cannot do anything..
Again i have raised a complaint in E-mail. But being ** Days till today i have not given any proper solutio whether they are going to deliver the missed out product or refund the money.
Being prepaid customer it is very difficult and feeling exhausted chasing this team ....
