I HAVE PLACED TWO ORDERS ON ** & ** OCTOBER. EXPECTED DELIVERY DATE WAS ** & ** OCTOBER. ON THE DATE OF DELIVERY, DATE HAS BEEN REVISED AS ** & ** OCTOBER. I WAS WAITING FOR MY ORDER TO GET DELIVERED BUT NEITHER I GOT THE ORDER NOR ANY UPDATE AGAINS IT. I FILE ONLINE COMPLAINT THROUGH CUSTOMER CARE AND THEY ASKED ME TO WAIT FOR ** HOURS. FROM ** TO ** OCTOBER, EVERYDAY I WAS TAKING FOLLOW UP FOR MY COMPLAINT BUT NOT NOT RESOLVING MY QUERY YET. ITS A PREPAID ORDER. MY MONEY IS STUCK.
YESTERDAY I PLACE CANCELLATION REQUEST AGAIN EXECUTIVE ASKED ME TO WAIT FOR **-** HOURS. EVENING I GOT A MESSAGE THAT MY ORDERS ARE DISPATCH. I GOT THE OTP AND DELIVERY AGENT CONTACT DETAIL. N NUMBER OF TIMES I TRIED TO CONNECT HIM TO GET MY ORDER BUT HE NEITHER RECEIVED MY CALL NOR CALL ME BACK. KINDLY LOOK INTO THE MATTER. ITS VERY IRRITATING AND STRESSFULL FOR ME.
