I have ordered grocery and somehow it was returned without any information. After that I raise the complain with jio mart support they always saying the same thing that we have escalated your issue our team is working on this please wait we will refund your amount. As per conditon amount should be refund in * working days but it's almost ** days but I did not get any refund yet now they saying some technical issues going on please wait we are working on the same. It's just a matter of ***/- and they behaving like u professionally
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
