I am writing to formally escalate an urgent issue regarding my order with JioMart, which has been handled with utmost negligence and disregard for customer satisfaction. Below are the details of my order:

After waiting all day on **th June, I was informed late at night that the delivery had been postponed to **th June. The same postponement happened on **th June. Today, *st July, I still have not received my order.
Despite my numerous attempts to resolve this through emails and calls to your customer care team, I have received no satisfactory response. This level of service is unacceptable and shows a complete lack of respect for your customers.
I have already lodged a complaint with the consumer forum, but I am now reaching out to you as a last resort to expedite this matter. I demand immediate action to ensure the delivery of my order without further delay. Additionally, I expect compensation for the time and effort I have wasted due to your company’s repeated failures.
I urge you to address this issue with the seriousness it deserves and to ensure such incidents do not happen in the future. I look forward to your prompt and effective response.
