Adidas India Private Limited - Shoe is torn

I am Dr. Prapancha from India. I am an ardent adidas fan. I save up my money and buy adidas shoes and apparels. Now I have * shoes ( I know there’s no point in saying this).

One of them which I am using as walking shoes , though it’s a running shoes I walk with those keeping shoe care in my mind. Yesterday, I noticed a tear in the shoe which was devastating and heartbreaking.

I bought it from Lulu mall, Kochi , Kerala * months ago. I called them multiple times. No one answered the call. I called Indian adidas customer care and they said nothing can be done about it. If it was within ** days they would’ve considered it.

However, people like me love the brand so much, that I have saved every penny and bought this shoes at a whooping amount of Rs **** ($**) which may look like a small sim for many, but people like me it’s not.

With a fear of any damage I had hardly use them except for walking. Nothing can be done? These expensive shoes for poor quality built? How will I trust the brand again? What is all this hype about. In Internet they are showing * year warranty and you are saying it’s ** days. Help please
